I am deep in a development phase.

I will adress this issue immediately when this is over

for now: to remove a module (as an example I use here firefox.sb) do

1. cd to dir where firefox.sb is located

2. unload bundle form aufs overlay filessystem
bundle -d firefox.sb

3. rm firefox.sb

also

You could click on firefox.sb in spacefm file browser
it will start a helper program were you can unload firefox.sb
from aufs union. Then you could right click and choose "delete"
to remove it

Also could you specify how you boot with what parameters

I boot with the second grub option which is "alphaos" not "alphaos usb". I haven't changed any kernel parameters.
