Is that something you choose in your router or at the University?
I think connmman needs an extra config file
support for ieee802.1x wireless networks.
Connman does only support two phase authentication via config files. These config files reside in /var/lib/connman/ and are watched by the connman daemon. Unfortunatelly, connman does not support per session/user config files, so for simplicity's sake, we modify one in /var/lib/connman

checkout

If you don't get it to work you could try peasywifi it has PEAP support
I haven't tried it though

PWF v2.4 can build profiles for enterprise networks like eduroam using PEAP. Read the discusion
here. There are many variations of this protocol and you will need specific details for your target network. Read
here and
here for some examples.
Once you have made the profile, click Check and manually edit it. Or if you have a working wpa_supplicant.conf file, just drop it into the profiles folder and restart PWF.
