[SOLVED]locale not set

Postby rgb1 » 16 Mar 2014, 07:14

locale is not set in system. This results in the system not being able to display unicode characters.

What exactly do you pretend with this topic?
In case you're wondering, you can set the locale, keyboard mapping, etc all by yourself.
So I don't really see the point in your post. But perhaps you can prove me wrong. ;)

Indeed it is a useless post. It is mentioned in the README documentation that locale can be set manually. I didn't read that part. I thought maybe simargl forgot this so I mentioned it. It makes sense however to allow the user to do it manually as not all users will set their locale to en_US.UTF-8 or whatever other default locale that could be set.

Lesson: Read all of the documentation. :)
