Hi simargl,
Just registered, finally... :) and thanks for elevating me to a moderator status... :)
However, I think alphaOS presence at puppy forum must be kept at all cost as a backup just in case.
Btw, V11 looks quite impressive. Writing from it now. Thanks.
Cheers.

No problems, you deserved it as long time user, and logo contributor etc. ;)

Yes, this one should be our main forum and we can use murga-forum as backup.

I hadn't noticed yesterday.
I am very flattered for being picked up as a Mod.
I hope I will have time to come here everyday which hasn't been easy lately.
Cheers

There's a lot of spam coming in.

OK to delete, right?

I have been. I'm sure it's ok, it's clearly just spam. If it's in a language I can't grok, I leave it :D

I have deleted it and I pushed the button to alert the administrator.
That lets me write something to simargl. I used that to let him know which user had posted the spam.
This way he'll delete that user when he visits the forum again and that user won't post spam again.

ReCaptcha plugin didn't work so good in stopping spambots, so I've disabled ReCaptcha and enabled Question&Answers plugin, that should be more effective solution.

That's odd. Recaptcha used to be almost full-proof regarding spammers.
I guess spammers have evolved.

Many bots managed to solve the ReCaptcha and still register, but with Question&Answers they don't know what they suppose to do, because they can't read and can't solve question with using Google search.
