I missed something then and your original concern was valid Basically I was trying to makesb from a cafe with a bad connection The downloads would timeout, and I had to start them all over, unlike pacman which resumes from a partial download I changed the script and it appeared to work, however I am...

i changed makesb to (hopefully) not clear the package cache automatically

Scooby,

I too am using enlightenment (19) with alphaOS (16)

The enlightenment connection manager works ok with the already installed connman without the extra econnman package however sometimes the list of networks stick out beyond the scrollbars

what does this mean (alphaT)? Do packages work better from arch, i 'm having trouble in alphaos installing alternative window managers and flgrx, also does it mean we can use fatdog packages in alphat? please explain this initrd stuff for newbies

neither glx nor compositing is working for me
