yes i keep pressing the left click until the pointer touch the list service area. then i release it, but the list is still there, not going to hidden.

maybe we can hack the source code?

Here (74 MB): http://sourceforge.net/projects/alphaos/files/alphaos_14.x-UEFI-test.iso I have tested this iso, and this is the result: The iso is fail to boot in uefi machine, then i check the iso, the /EFI/grub2/grub2.efi and /grub.cfg is missing. Maybe you delete this files to save some space. Ok...

Thanks for this guide! I couldn't get mkisofs to work with UEFI, so added xorriso and required dependencies.
